Damaged or incorrect items

If your order is delivered to you damaged we will replace it for you with like item, all we ask is that you send us a picture of the damaged item to mylascosmetics@gmail.com we ask that the item is in its original package. When submitting a claim on damaged lashes they must be on its original tray and not tampered with, please put the order number and ship to address on the email ...Claim must be within 7 business days of original date delivered. All Sales are final no exchanges or returns this policy is for damaged and incorrect orders only!
